Application-oriented research for small and medium-sized companies is the main objective of Cetex. Our activities are aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprises. Consequently, an important contribution to industrial innovations shall be made.
The research expertise of Cetex ensures the handling of the projects from the creative idea to the praxis-oriented prototype. Problems like machine-dynamic examinations and calculations as well as machine-acoustic measurements and expert opinions are also part of our research activities. The broad package of services is rounded off by those for the development of special hardware and software as well as for the project planning and realisation of drive and control technology.
For financial support of the project work it is possible to apply for subsidies in many cases. The institute assists its project partners regarding the application of these subsidies or prepares the project proposal in coordination with the project partners.
The textile machines technology transfer unit integrated in the research institute is responsible for the transfer of know-how into praxis.
