Powder Spreading

The powder scatterer PST 600 from Herbert Meyer extends the MEYER laboratory laminating machine KFK-C 700. The powder scatterer offers the possibility to apply different matrix materials in powder form to different semi-finished materials and thus to adjust the fiber volume content in a defined way. On this basis, we develop for you prepregs for a wide range of applications.

Fields of application

  • Development of novel semi-finished product structures with different matrix systems based on thermoplastics and thermosets
  • Applicable materials: thermoplastic adhesives, epoxy powder, recyclates, activated carbon, fillers, sand, grains
